1. Introduction

Welcome to Rektless, a browser-based sidescroller game developed and published by Pixelcraft Studios Pte. Ltd. ("we", "us", "our", “The Company”). By downloading and using Rektless (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

2. User Agreement

By playing Rektless, you agree to comply with these Terms and affirm that you understand and accept the conditions outlined herein.

By continuing to use Rektless after any modifications to these Terms, you agree to be bound by the updated terms. It is your responsibility to regularly review the Terms for updates or changes. If you do not agree with the modified Terms, you must discontinue your use of the Service.

3. Eligibility

To use this Service, you must be at least 16 years old, or have parental consent if under the required age. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements.

4. Account Registration

To access certain features, you need to connect your cryptocurrency wallet. You are responsible for any activity under your account.

Your wallet information is not to be used for marketing purposes unless explicitly stated otherwise.

We are not responsible for any data or account breaches that occur on third-party platforms you use to register or access the Service.

5. Purchases and Virtual Items

The Service may include virtual goods, in-game currency, or other purchases. All purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by law. We may modify or discontinue virtual items without liability. Such changes may occur without compensation.

In-game items are purchased with the in-game currency known as “Gems”. Gems are non-transferable, offchain scores that enable players to access specific features, upgrades, or other content within the game. These items are digital goods and have no real-world monetary value. In-game items are licensed to users and remain the property of Pixelcraft Studios Pte. Ltd.

NFTs minted while playing Rektless are unique blockchain-based digital assets that players can earn and collect (for example, High Score Cards). Ownership of an NFT grants the user rights as outlined below but does not transfer intellectual property rights in the underlying content. Ownership provides a verifiable record of purchase and access to specific in-game features or assets, but it does not confer copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights unless explicitly stated.

6. Refund Policy

All purchases made within the Service, including but not limited to virtual goods, in-game currency, and downloadable content, are final and non-refundable. This includes circumstances where your account is suspended or terminated due to a violation of these Terms.

However, refunds may be issued at our sole discretion in accordance with applicable laws, or as required by the platform through which the purchase was made (e.g., Steam, Apple App Store, Google Play Store).

Once an in-game item or key is used to activate and mint an NFT, the transaction is final and non-refundable.

If you believe you are entitled to a refund under specific circumstances, you may contact our support team at service@pixelcraftstudios.io, and we will review your request on a case-by-case basis. Please note that refund processing may take up to two weeks depending on your payment method or platform.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights in Rektless, including but not limited to characters, story, art, and the "Aavegotchi" brand, are owned by Pixelcraft Studios Pte. Ltd. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without express permission.

Unauthorized use of the intellectual property may lead to legal actions.

8. User Conduct

Rektless does not condone any form of bullying, hacking, or cheating. Manipulation of the game’s code is strictly prohibited.

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Use cheats, hacks, bots, or any unauthorized third-party software.
• Exploit bugs or glitches in the game.
• Engage in harassment, abuse, or hate speech toward other players or Company representatives.
• Impersonate another person or entity.

We reserve the right to conclude such malicious activity has taken place and close, freeze or otherwise suspend or remove accounts and revoke access to use the Service at our sole discretion.

9. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Pixelcraft Studios Pte. Ltd. collects and processes personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you agree to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in this Privacy Policy.

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at its discretion, with or without cause, and without prior notice, particularly for violating these terms.

12. Limitation of Liability

Pixelcraft Studios Pte. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of Rektless.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
